This day is therefore devoted for ‘‘settling-in” and familiarization activities. Chill at Solang in the evening which is surrounded by rich flora and snowcapped hills of Himachal.

Kick off your trek from Solang, passing through quaint apple orchards that reflect the region’s agricultural heritage. The first leg features a gentle incline, allowing you to appreciate the picturesque surroundings.
As you climb, the trail becomes steeper, transitioning from lush forests to enchanting alpine meadows. Throughout your journey, vibrant wildflowers, particularly in summer, add to the trek’s allure. Arrive at the base camp set at 3,280 meters and prepare for a night under a blanket of stars.

This is the most exhilarating and demanding day of the trek. Start early to maximize daylight. The ascent to Patalsu Peak is steep and challenging, requiring careful navigation across rocky paths and, depending on the season, snow-dusted areas.
As you climb higher, the views become increasingly magnificent. Upon nearing the summit, indulge in the stunning scenery of the Solang Valley and the surrounding Himachal peaks.
