- Fitness and Acclimatization: Make sure you are fit physically and also some level of exposure to altitude should be done before reaching the region.
- Pack Essentials: Essential items, such as coats, warm clothes, boots, and garments made from wool and water-resistant materials, protect the body from cold and wet conditions. The unpredictable weather patterns place these characters in a challenging situation.
- Stay Connected: It is wise to make loved ones aware of your plans. Internet connection for mobile phones isn’t amazing, so don’t expect to post on social media or stream videos constantly.
- Carry Cash: You can easily look for an ATM when you are still in towns and cities but once you start hiking it becomes quite challenging. You will ensure that you have enough cash to stock the journey effectively.
- Respect the Environment: An effective campaign message against littering would be: “Encourage people in your campaign: Pick up your own trash instead of adding to the litter.” Maintain that portion of the ecosystem to enable future generations to enjoy the view of the area.
