Clothing and Backpack
This is a week-long trek and you need a good backpack to carry your items. Look for a backpack (50L) with good back support. Your backpack should have a rain cover. Now start packing your clothes. Pack 3 quick-dry t-shirts and 2 pairs of trekking pants. Get a fleece jacket and a down jacket. You should also pack a rain jacket. Now pack a sun cap for daytime. Pack a woolen cap and a pair of gloves.
Footwear
You need a good pair of trekking shoes. Your shoes should be comfortable and must have good grip. Now pack 3 pairs of cotton socks and a pair of woolen socks. You can also pack a pair of sandals for the campsites.
