Day 1-: HARIDWAR to BARKOT

Drive-: 220 kms, Alt- 1352 mtrs

Pickup from Haridwar railway station and drive to Barkot via Dehradun and Mussoorie. It is a 200 kms drive and will take around 6-7 hours . On the way we will witness the majestic waterfall at Kempty falls. In the evening we will reach booked hotel at Barkot. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Barkot.


Day 2-: Barkot – Jankichatti- Yamunotri- Barkot

Drive- 45 kms one way ,Trek-6 kms one way, Alt-3235 mts

After having breakfast we will be driving to Janakichatti the starting point for the trek to Yamunotri. The temple at Yamunotri is dedicated to Godess Yamuna and is the source of Yamuna river. The drive is around 40 kms and from there the trek to Yamunotri is around 6 kms. You can opt for a mule or a doli (palanquin) at your own expense. After darshan at Yamunotri trek back to Janakichatti from where our representative would take you back to Barkot at your hotel. Have dinner and overnight stay hotel at Barkot.


Day3-: Barkot- Uttarkashi

Drive-90 kms ,Alt-1352 mts

Today we will be driving to Uttarkashi which is situated at the banks of Bhagirathi river. It is a 90 kms drive from Barkot and would take around 3 hours. Once we reach Uttarkashi we would check inn at the hotel. After relaxing for a little bit we can visit the famous Kashi Vishwanath temple and the local market at Uttarkashi.


Day 4 -: Uttarkashi - Gangotri- Uttarkashi

Drive- 90 kms one way, Alt- 3048 mts

Early morning after breakfast we would start our drive towards Gangotri, a temple dedicated to Godess Ganga and is the origin place of the river Ganga. You will be accompanied by river Bhagirathi throughout scenic route Gangotri. Once the darshan and pooja is completed drive back to Uttarkashi for the night.


Day 5-: Uttarkashi – Haridwar

Drive- 200 kms

After having breakfast we will start our drive back to Haridwar and after reaching Haridwar our representative will drop you at the railway station.
